During the annual meeting, several key points were shared, from the Global Results presented by our CEO Antonio Martinez, to specific details on Brazil Results and Budget for 2024 presented by Enrico Provasi, to other important topics such as the company's Commercial Policy, presented by Gisele Garcez.

Afterwards, the latest news about the new manufacturing and assembly plant was shared, followed by a live demonstration of the ISTOBAL M'WASH2 rollover, together with the presentation of our new Hydrocyclone recycling system.

The following day, April 18th, ISTOBAL Brazil celebrated the inauguration of its new manufacturing and assembly plant, which has been the result of many months of hard work by the local team. The event was attended by suppliers and key accounts for the company such as Rede Bap, Monte Carlo Group and Total Energies, among others, who had the opportunity to see first-hand the exceptional facilities of our subsidiary, focused on providing the best service to the most demanding customers in the market.

Both events have been a step forward in our growth and expansion in Brazil, providing an excellent opportunity to strengthen ties with the local community and reaffirm our dedication to service excellence and innovation, marking an important milestone in our presence and commitment to the Brazilian market.
