ISTOBAL M'WASH2, maximum flexibility and versatility

One of the main innovations to be presented at the fair is the M'WASH2, which the group has developed from the M'START model to present a more flexible and versatile washing and drying machine, with new options as well as greater control and quality in cleaning.

This innovative washing machine has a configuration of up to 15 customisable programmes (previously up to 6 programmes on M'START) to improve the commercial offer and increase business profitability.

M'WASH2 also features variable frequency drives for greater wash control, top nozzles for better foam application to all parts of the vehicle, brush tilt, a wide range of high-pressure pre-wash options and optimised drying flow with lower sound pressure.

With a more compact design, the M'WASH2 features new fairings, which are available in standard and premium versions on the Brazilian market, new lights and vinyls for a better user experience.

New Hidro Cyclone physical recycling equipment

ISTOBAL will also be presenting its new Hidro Cyclone physical recycler at ExpoPostos 2024, an innovative solution for the treatment and reuse of water in external vehicle washing. The system treats 100% of incoming water, using the recycled water in the first stages of washing on rollovers and trains, achieving a reduction of up to 80% in fresh water consumption in an automatic wash.

Easy to install thanks to its Plug & Play system, the new equipment combines quality, reliability, low maintenance and competitive prices, considering the entire life cycle of the product.

This innovative solution is designed to provide a significant breakthrough in terms of conserving vital resources and operational efficiency in the sector.

"This year we will be presenting a completely revamped range of equipment, designed to offer the latest technology and performance in the car wash sector. In addition, we are introducing innovations focused on our customers' profitability and on reducing energy and water consumption to meet the latest demands in the sector," explained Enrico Provasi, director of the Brazilian subsidiary.

Present in the Brazilian market since 2013, ISTOBAL do Brasil has positioned itself as a leader in the washing and care of all types of vehicles, with sustained growth in recent years, strengthening its leadership in sectors such as petrol stations, car dealerships, industrial and commercial car washes. At the beginning of 2024, due to increased demand, ISTOBAL do Brasil moved its operations from Santa Bárbara d'Oeste to a new factory in Limeira - SP, with double the capacity. This new space allows the company to better meet the needs of customers in the local market, offering more adapted and agile solutions and services.
