ISTOBAL USA presents the new FLEX5 Extended Height rollover at 2022 NADA Show

With a wash height of 9 ½ ft, this state-of-the-art equipment cost-effectively cleans a full spectrum of vehicles in dealerships including high roof cargo vans, raised trucks, and other extended height vehicles.

From 11th to 13th of March, ISTOBAL USA will present at the NADA SHOW in Las Vegas the new FLEX5 Extended Height rollover (Booth 2250W). With a wash height of 9 ½ ft, this state -of-the-art equipment was built to maximize a facility’s wash range and to offer an automatic wash for vehicles too large for standard in-bay automatic and tunnel wash equipment. ISTOBAL's North American Director of Sales, Ian Burton, stated that most dealers are forced to wash these vehicles by hand, resulting in increased time and expense.

The ISTOBAL FLEX5 Extended Height rollover offers a broader spectrum of vehicle washing. “Not only can this single piece of equipment wash a dealership’s standard cars, SUVs, and trucks, but it will also wash their high roof cargo vans, raised trucks and other extended height vehicles. This provides dealers greater profitability potential by being able to wash both standard and larger vehicles with the same automatic machine” – Burton pointed out.

The main advantages of the FLEX5 in-bay automatics, the most popular ISTOBAL rollover in the US market, is its versatility and flexibility. The FLEX5 also offers high washing speeds, chemical efficiency, and water savings. These same attributes are also reflected in this newest version of the equipment.

With a wash height of 9 ½ ft, soft-touch and touchless all-in-one combination units offering lava, tire shine and premium waxes, it offers a complete car wash. Other optional features include multiple dryer styles, multiple high-pressure options, tricolor foam, positioning by voice, lighted guide rails, and more.

Just like the standard ISTOBAL FLEX5, the Extended Height machine can also transform from 3 or 5 brushes (or vice versa) and can be configured as a hybrid model (by adding high pressure to the machine), as a combo option (allowing customers to choose the wash they want: friction with 3 or 5 brushes, touch free or a combination of both) and as a touchless rollover.
