ISTOBAL Reinforces its Presence in France with the Opening of a New Subsidiary


ISTOBAL is set to enhance its global outreach through the opening of a new commercial subsidiary in France. This strategic move is a pivotal component of the company's international expansion plan, aimed at fortifying its foothold in this crucial market for the Group.

With a solid track record in the French market since 1989, the new office will add up to the current 10 commercial subsidiaries and 4 manufacturing and assembly plants of the Group.

The decision to terminate its commercial partnership with the exclusive distributor in the French market up until now, made through mutual agreement, positions ISTOBAL to directly serve its customers in France and underscores the company's dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction and advancing the pursuit of quality and excellence in its comprehensive integrated vehicle wash and care solutions.

The opening of the new subsidiary, that will be located in the South-West region of France, marks a strategic step in ISTOBAL's growth plan. This expansion responds to the growing demand for highly technological wash equipment in the French automotive sector, which currently represents a constitutes a significant part of the Group's total turnover.

The new subsidiary will have specialized teams, including a sales and commercial team, a Technical Assistance Service team, and a team dedicated to the management of the spare parts warehouse. This structure will guarantee an efficient, agile and customized service to customers throughout the country.

Heading the subsidiary will be Thomas Cogan, an industry professional with extensive experience in the car wash and car care sector. With a distinguished background, including his role as Ceccato Sales Director and head of Lavance sales in France, Cogan brings strong leadership and a deep understanding of the French market.
